Refund Policy

Print on Demand

  • Made to order: All POD items are produced specifically for each order. As such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or personal preference.

  • Defective or incorrect items: If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery, including photo evidence of the issue.

  • Shipping issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Bulk Production

  • Deposits: Deposits paid for bulk production are non-refundable once production has commenced, as costs are incurred immediately.

  • Order cancellation: Orders cancelled before production begins may be refunded, less any design or sourcing costs already incurred.

  • Defective goods: In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects, we will replace or repair the goods at no additional charge. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, with supporting evidence.

  • Variations: Minor variations in colour, sizing, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes. These will not be considered grounds for refund.

General Terms

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
